How To Cookbooks - Authentic Recipes

I’ve been in internet marketing for over a decade.

Got my start with computers in college when my roommate was majoring in MIS. I’m talking the days of dual floppy drives, monochrome monitors, and data entry on mainframes with punch cards.

So I’ve been working with or around computers since they were available to the common man. As technology progressed I floated along with it through each new stage and found myself working as an internet marketing consultant and search engine marketing specialist.

My journey has taken me from the midwest to Louisiana, and now to Florida (post Hurricane Katrina), but no matter how far from home I’ve lived I’ve always stayed connected to who I am and the roots that keep me anchored.

Those roots have brought me to my newest project. A new website of digital cookbooks with recipes from authentic people cooking the authentic ethnic cuisine that is their heritage. We’re not talking that faux stuff you see on television or even read on most free recipe sites. Every cookbook is about the food we grew up eating and it’s prepared the way our parents, grandparents, and great grandparents cooked it.

We’re keeping our heritage alive through the food that connects us to each other and to the past.
